I am a person that always reads reviews before I stay, so I am going to help you out. Do not stay here if you don't have to, it's a great location but definitely not the cleanest! Our floors and sink were dirty upon arrival, the elevator has definitely seen better days I rode it once then took the stairs. I have pictures to the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain and the walls, also the exhaust fan is falling out of the ceiling. The worst part of the stay is I was up all night because they allow dogs and all they do is bark all night!

The Days Inn in Somerset is a basic accommodation along the PA turnpike. The room was clean and there were no bugs. The floor was resilient plank instead of carpet, which is nice. Furnishings were a bit weathered, but the mattress was comfy. Community spaces are small but adequate, and there are waffles in the morning. It's everything I paid for, and it got me through the night just fine with no complaints.

Sheets aren't the softest. Complimentary breakfast offerings were low quality, aside from the coffee. I like rooms with carpeting, this had laminate floor. Furniture is dated. 2 lightbulbs not working in lamps. Nonsmoking room still smelled like smoke.

Room was super clean-loved the wood tiled floors--so much better than filthy disgusting carpet. Lots of new pillows & comfy beds..big room. Lights were kind of bright, but otherwise, a great and easy experience.

Grumpy manager, we were asking for a hair dryer because it was missing and the manager said Â¿ why do you want oneÂ¿. When asking about where to find the butter (at breakfast) the answer was : in fridge. Did not intend to give physical help. Employee

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was hot and strong and towels soft. Heat/AC unit was not overly noisy. Coffee at the complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

We only stayed overnight but the guys at the front desk acted like they didn't want us there. No thank you for coming NOTHING. when we left, I asked for a receipt and he huffed, printed it and placed it on the counter.. I was taken back and was about to tell him a thing or two or three but I didn't. I just picked up my receipt and left. We will not be going back!
